5 /5 Tia Moore: Awesome place! The coaches are really supportive and engaging, and you actually have a great time while getting a good workout! Since it’s a group class, I’m able to do cardio and strength training without having to think up the exercises myself. I enjoy the ease of just showing up, stretching, and getting right to work. They have multiple class times so I’ve been able to go earlier or later, if necessary. The routine of heading there everyday after work has had me working out consistently. Everyone in the gym is friendly, and there are people of all fitness intensity levels. Whether needing to do modified or following the instructor, I never feel like I’m cheating myself as long as I have a mind to compete against myself. They help with exercise form, nutrition suggestions, etc. I’ve already recommended to friends and I think everyone should join to feel stronger and more accomplished.
