2 /5 Chris Lutz: Honestly its a vary good bank. People are friendly. The week day hours the bank is open is not really helpful as they open the same time most people leave for work, and close the same time most people get off. The app is a little over zealous on security. I personally only use it for balancing funds. I wish they would make a version for people that dont require all the security. It seems each time I have been forced to reset the password the app locks me out. It wouldnt be a big deal if they had after hours people to answer phones. All and all the bank is sub pair only on the basis of convenience.

5 /5 Melissa G: I noticed a LOT of Apple charges on my account. I was able to get it addressed on Apples end, but due to some issues, I had to contact my bank. Sharon, at the Kimmel Crossing branch was AWESOME. She listened to me (when the first teller was rude and dismissive), put me on hold and tried to figure it all out. In the end, she knew I wasnt responsible and I got my money back. I am so grateful she took the time to listen and trouble shoot. Great customer service....very hard to find nowadays.

If you are looking for a pre-approval on a house youll want to speak with Kylie V in mortgages and she will take excellent care of your loan and make the process seamless.

Tracy Batdorj: My 87 yr old father made a mistake. He along with millions of elderly have very little money. So he was looking for cheaper healthcare and thought he found something better than Spindler Financial Services. When he realized that he had been scammed he went back to Spindler Financial Services. And I personally spoke with Mr Spindler and he seemed irritated that my father had done this and that he had to help him get his insurance coverage back. He did help and his old policy was put back in place. I just wished Mr Spindler would have been more understanding. Our elderly have it rough.

Joe L: I just wrote a review of the Marshall Branch of Casey State Bank, which I gave 2 stars. The issue I have with both branches is the employees are clearly undertrained, and with the Casey State Bank in general for their clear lack of concern for their customers. After issues with closing my Dads bank accounts and opening an estate account after he passed away 2 months ago. My brother and I did this at the Marshall Branch. I decided to close the account with Casey Bank and open a new estate account at Regions in Robinson. Since I was going to Regions in Robinson, I went to the Robinson Branch of Casey State Bank. I walked into the branch, stated my name, and said that I wanted to close my dads estate account. Just like at the Marshall Branch, no one at the branch knew what to do. The person helping me had to make 2 or 3 phone calls to get instructions on how to help me. After she cut the check, she simply handed me the check. Though I had my wallet sitting on the counter to show her my ID, I was never asked for one. This was a check in the amount of 5 digits. I was shocked that I was never asked for an ID. Anyone could have walked into that bank and stated they were me and wanted to close my dads estate account, and would have been given the check. I dont blame the teller, I blame the bank. If she had been properly trained, and not so distracted by learning how to close the account while doing it, she probably would have remembered to ask for my ID. I have no doubt that I could have made the same mistake if I had been in her shoes.
