Dad called me MANY times to complain that they were giving him the run around. Dad - who is in his late 70s had to call the insurance company many times. Was even told on the phone that approval was sent to body shop electronically when he was at the body shop with the owner of the body shop and it simply wasn’t so. All I can say is that their service was completely unsatisfactory.
