I ended up calling and setting up an appointment. We ended up meeting with Heather, went over my concerns with her as well as my complaining about everything under the sun. She was very patient with me and listened, she made me feel at ease, not stupid and as if she truly understood my concerns and wanted to help. We went over everything, she addressed my concerns and she asked a lot of of questions, but it ended up being for our benefit for coverage and discounts. She was able to cut our premium and increased our coverages. After we got our policy we went back in and she went over it and explained to us the layout of our policy something our other agents didnt do. The 2 girls at the front are amazing too. I had to change my bank information and they made it a breeze for me and took care of it for me. So far overall its been a good experience.
