Heart Two Heart Jewelry - Greenville Amanda Jerden: I needed three tiny diamonds replaced on my engagement ring. I took it in for a repair on a Thursday and was told I would have it back by the following Friday and that the repair was expected to be less than $500. The following Friday I get a phone call stating no repairs have been done yet and that the total would be $970 because some other settings were loose and it "needed a lot of work." I did not accept that repair and still had to wait yet another week to pick my ring up as he sends them out for repair. Im sure the repair would have been good quality but I managed to have the same three stones replaced for $60 elsewhere and in a fraction of the time. Friendly atmosphere. Would have liked to keep my business local.
