I havent had any accidents , didnt steal my own vehicle but I am paying the higher rates. Never got my good driver payments. Have a perfect record , black diamond award and many others. Never know where I am with my life insurance policy or auto. If its cancelled or good. So many crazy letters. Still need my lottery winnings and my Kobe Bryant Jerseys left to me . Been with this Insurance Co. and agent 35 plus years.
