2 /5 Cassandra Dempsey: This is our 3 rd year with Harrison and our 2nd year with MAJOR price increases. Both years we were notified by our bank and not our agent. I understand everything is increasing, but over 1,000 each year with no claims and our agent can’t be bothered to call and let us know. Before we switched agents a few years ago we were always contacted with price increases and when I asked why we weren’t notified of such a huge price increase yet again, our agent said, “ You were when you got your insurance paperwork in the mail.” Yes, I get an annual statement telling me when my policies are for renewal but it most definitely did not have a page telling me my price went up $1000 this year. The lack of customer service is really disheartening coming from a family agency like this. If you are OK with never hearing from your agent, then I’m sure they would be great but the few times I’ve had to contact them, it’s been difficult. I definitely don’t appreciate the lack of communication with such large price increases.
