5 /5 Lloyd Fielder: I have been with Harry as a customer for over 15 years. I decided to write a review because in searching for their number I saw a negative review. I can only speak for myself but my experience has been truly amazing. I have had several issues with car accidents, new homes, new vehicles, etc. and Harry and his staff have been first class all the way. For example several days ago my car died and I called his office to find out about coverage on towing and rental cars. They answered right away, got me the information in literally seconds and then the unexpected. They told me to hold on and they called around and found me a tow truck and saved me both time and money. It was above and beyond and made me feel cared for. My monthly payments are rediculously low too. I had a couple of car accidents over the years, drove into a bay, they looked at it, cut me a check….I will always use Allstate and specifically Harry Cotter Allstate. True story :)
