5 /5 L D: I proposed to my girlfriend of 4 years 2 months ago and our custom rings from Inspiredesign are PERFECT! The black stone is black spinel and purple is amethyst and both are in white gold. The turn around time was insanely quick and the quality is phenomenal. We constantly get complements. They’re everything we wanted and more! Can’t thank this place enough for the amazing job they did!

But they really won me over when they created a bracelet from my one of my mothers bracelets and some crystal beads from a family wedding dress. Absolutely love it. Simple and now my favorite go to. 5 /5 Shademaster Nursery: Ive taken 3 rings here over the last couple of year to get repaired. 2 rings lost smaller diamonds due to busted prongs and one band that snapped and had to be replaced. Its almost impossible to tell they were worked on. 1 of those rings has my fathers ashes sealed under the main stone and theyve handled everything with care and precision. I also have a necklace that a dear friend purchased for me from here when I got married. Wonderful shop!!

5 /5 Dezzie Savoie: They were very friendly and very helpful. Replaced the battery on my late grandmothers watch for me, and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. Would definitely recommend them. Small shop, but cute, and amazing atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

So I go in person to pick up my ring to take it elsewhere and they said they have the ring somewhere else and can not bring it . Excuse me you are with holding my engagement ring ! I told them I will call the cops if they do not return my ring . The lady wanted to argue with me . Horrible customer service . Never was told they would take my ring elsewhere , like why? It is just a resize adjustment.
