    Wendy Arnold: This bank is NOT a personable bank! It ONLY cares about its customers. I went to get a roll of quarters and was asked if I was a customer. I said no. They refused to give me quarters. Then they said they would have to charge me an extra 10 dollars in order to get a roll. I came back to talk to a manager and was not referred to one. This time quarters were refused to me alltogether without a convenience fee. I was going to start an account there for a family member BUT NOT NOW!!! What is this world coming to! You cant exchange currency for coins?! I am going to tell everyone in town not to bank there. Absolutely unbelievable!
