BMO Financial Corporation - Chicago Edoardo Tortoledo: Worse customer service experience I’ve had, at ANY bank, Chat agent (Jenna R), not sure if she was inexperienced or if that’s a protocol but absolutely no help, i clearly had mentioned that I couldn’t make a payment thru the phone and she tells me to “call” goes to give me the number and the a “pre made response” when that’s precisely why I opened the chat, to get someone to help, i explained to her again, just to received a very similar response, I previously had Bank of the West, which we know was taken over, and it was by far a much better bank. After having 15 different accounts at other banks, I never came across such terrible lack of customer service support.
