2 /5 Ocie Richardson: I’ve been dealing with this company for years and only because they knew how to file my taxes that was specific for a particular purpose, and was given this 100% guarantee that they were done right and not one year has been processed correctly so far and yet I still have to pay the full amount of their fees! When will this end? They’ve put in amounts that’s totally not what the IRS has on file! Yet I’m the one getting less than what they say is 100% guaranteed! Sad part is I really like this company! Just don’t know what else to expect!
