We made the switch to CC in large part due to how great they were to work with when we were researching options to select a new insurance company. Then when we had to file a claim from storm damage to our house, James again showed that they truly care for their customers. First of all remember once a year payment I sometimes forget, second it falls right between 2 major holidays. I was able to make contact with Jake, and he made arrangements for me to get my payment dropped off to him in a timely manner. Much appreciation for him rearranging his time to make time for me.
