1 /5 Aaron Miner: I am VERY UNHAPPY with JC. Tried to work with them to develop a custom piece of jewelry for my wife. They seemed to understand what I wanted when we first met (mid August) but then when I received the piece, it was not quite right. I was bummed as I was hoping to have it late September. They understood and were willing to fix it; wanted to get it right. BUT, following that meeting they never called me for updates or when the piece was ready for review. Two months later I stopped by and they seemed to have totally forgotten what I wanted. After talking g with them again, I got them to understand and thought we were good. Two more months with no updates! Went back in again and they at least had a wax mold for us to test, which was finally close but needed a few minor adjustments. Thought we were finally in the home stretch. NOPE! THREE months go by and no call or update that it’s ready. Went back in and they could not find my order. They even asked if I had already picked it up. After checking all over and talking with the jewelers, they finally figured it out and told me it would be ready in 30 minutes! WHAT! Why didn’t you work on it after we talked over three months ago! From the one piece I did get to see, the quality of the jewelry is good but their ability to communicate is HORRENDOUS. I’m so frustrated that it’s now taken NINE months to make a piece that I was told would be ready in a month. Won’t be coming back and would recommend every one steer clear of them if you expect to get anything back in a timely manner.
