1 /5 S G: I was a customer for 10+ years. I was on auto pay for all of that time. I cancelled my policy and went with someone who offered more coverage for a lower rate. I was sent one email Dec 29 about a remaining balance that got lost in the shuffle of my emails because of the Christmas and New Years Holidays. I was never again contacted, until I received a collections notice about this matter. I sent an email to Jeff asking questions about my policy cancellation Nov. 12. to see about any balances or anything I may need to sign. Still waiting on a reply....
