Illinois Bank & Trust, a division of UMB Bank, n.a. - Galena Denny Napier: A Google search for top 10 for home equity loans in my hometown listed IL Bank & Trust so I replied to the link re: getting information. No reply at all gives you a zero stars rating - ignore the one star everyone - zero not an Option. Just like calling their customer service number - the only options are automated and unless you have an account number have no option for “service.” Sorry.
