1 /5 Tam Williams: I called today about a consultation due to my landlord refusing to pay me my deposit back after moving out, the man who answered the phone was very rude and told me landlords do not have to pay back rental deposits … I don’t know if it is because I am black which I’m sure he could tell by talking to me but I am very educated and called another attorney who is willing to help me. I do not recommend Jim Rochford I am a hard working nurse and will never spend money with any lawyer who would lie so quick

1 /5 Kat Hancock: The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I inquired about a consultation for an employment law case she basically refused to provide me with any information and without even knowing anything about the case informed me the office could not help. Highly dissatisfied with this complete lack of basic professionalism and empathy. Do not recommend.

5 /5 Chad Baker: I highly recommend! Nick and Jim were amazing attorneys to work with. They kept an open line of communication and I was involved with the case the whole time. They were always available to answer any questions or when I needed an update on where we were at in the process.

Jim Rochford and his lovely wife, Deb, have been supportive and are as invested in my children as I am. Even the paralegal, Mary, puts her heart and soul into everything. I cannot stress to you how amazing this Law Firm has been to my little family. If you are in need of an attorney, dont hesitate to give them a call. They specialize in many different aspects of the law and will put you with an attorney who is a great fit!

5 /5 Kyle: I am somewhat late in writing this but team Rochford went above and beyond my expectations while assisting me with my fathers estate after his passing. We unfortunately had a squatter in his home during covid which we were able to successfully remove with the assistance of Tim Cushings letters and the PCPD. They really made us feel like family and at no point did I ever feel like they were seeking to take advantage of the situation for profit. I would gladly give 6 stars!
