1 /5 Judy Plum: Gave them complete info to refill my taxes. No word for 3 weeks stopped in was told it was sitting on someone’s desk with no communication within the office so nothing was done that whole time. Gave them another 2 weeks. Nothing done. Was told at that time more info needed but not one phone call on their part to notify us. We wouldn’t have known this unless we stopped in No call from them. Cancelled their service and would never recommend them or return to them. Almost 6 weeks in their office with Nothing done
