Wed had some weather related events and I reached out to State Farm and requested an adjuster come out and look at my roof to determine if there was damage. I did this not only to protect my home but also to protect the insurance companies collateral. This happened two times and each time the adjuster relayed there was no damage which I was happy about. We then had a hail storm and I requested again for the adjuster to come out and take a look at my roof. This time there was damage and State Farm did pay for my new roof, however I recd a phone call from my agent who told me that upon paying for the claim State Farm was dropping me as a client. I asked why because Id only had this one claim in 30 years on my home. I was told that the first two visits by the adjuster that resulted in no damage were considered claims because Id used State Farms time and resources which I thought was utterly ridiculous. Ive since obtained my home and auto with Josh Jackson at Country Financial and couldnt be happier. I recd better coverage and lower premiums than what Id had previously. Josh explains things in detail and doesnt hide or sugarcoat anything when hes speaking to me about my insurance and financial needs which I appreciate. As it so happens I am and have been a mortgage lender for nearly 30 years and I refer all my clients to Josh because I know hell treat them the same way he treated me, with respect and the utmost honesty.
