5 /5 William Prenevost Truesdell: I needed a jump start for one of my cars insured with Karen and was charged $95 by the online service that connected me to the tow truck company. It should not have happend. When Karen looked into it, she found that the tower charged only $69 but the online service charged the additional amount as its fee. While Karen didnt havce to reimburse me the full amount, she did proving to me the excellent customer service Ive enjoyed with her for years!
