Maria Guzman: Awful service. Do not get insurance here. We got insurance through this office and were told we were going to be paying a certain amount then noticed months later we were paying $30-$40 dollars more and they could not explain the change. We were also told that if we bundled our home with the car insurance there would be a discount, so we agreed to switch it over with them. When we noticed we were paying more then the agreed amount I asked about this and they stated that a month after the new bundle policy it was rejected and the price went up. We were never notified or told about this until we noticed. They said the reason was because the car policy and the home policy where under 2 different names. Before switching the policy we made SURE to give all this information to the agent to make sure the bundle would be possible. When letting the rep at the office know about this he was very nonchalant about it and did not seem to care and said there was nothing he could do even though its clearly the agencys fault. Dont get service here this particular office doesnt care they only want your money.
