    Ryan Winstead: I never expected to call a law firm and have a lawyer answer the phone and then have that same lawyer be the one to handled my case. However, thats what you get when you work with RC&A. You never have to go through a secretary or wait on hold to talk about your case. I was never bounced around to different people.
