We sat down with Amanda who was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. After a quick game of 20 questions and many clicks on her keyboard, she told us our new revised premium. It was lower! Who expects any insurance premium to be less than the previous one? Way to go Amanda and State Farm!

5 /5 glenn harrington: Today I made an unscheduled stop at Lisa Turbyville State Farm office. ( Belvidere) My goal was to amend and restart insurance on my boat, that had been out for repairs. I was greeted by Amanda Krutza who had just finished with another client, and helped me immediately. I was very impressed by her positive customer service demeanor, as well as being very knowledgeable. Amanda was able to save me a lot of money, because of where I normally use the boat in Wisconsin. This was something I never knew, and I am grateful. She also helped me lower the value, to be more in line with what replacement cost would be on a now 10 year old boat. I walked away with 1/2 the cost of insurance that I was paying 2 years ago. I cannot recommend enough, that you give this young lady a chance to look over your policies. She is #1, in my book!
