1 /5 Tiffany Chatman: This place is ridiculous. They are coming after the wrong person. Took it to small claims court without my knowledge and somehow won a garnishment on something I never owed. Wrong person. If I could give 0 stars I would.

1 /5 Shannon Wadkins: They left a voicemail on my phone regarding a family member I didn’t know but asked me to call them back. I had no idea who they were. I asked for info. They were so rude and hung up on me!!! Insanity. Not even my issue. I kept saying what kind of company are you? How did you get my number? He wouldn’t give any info on the company (nor had they said the company name in the voicemail they left) and so I said if you can’t give me any info on your company, I will not give you any information. He started yelling and hung up. Bizarre. Blocked.

5 /5 Jessica Hollett: So I was hesitant to even talk to these guys or go in because of the reviews or a few phone experiences. But the bottom line was I owed money and they’re collectors. I lost my dad last Thursday and went in to talk to them. Because I did not want my checks garnished. I went in with the intention of putting 800 down and figuring when I could pay the rest and I believe it was Sara who helped me. She asked me if putting that much down would break me because of missing the work and what I was going through and let me put down less than what I originally planned. She looked at the calendar and said they would hold off until August for payments so I could get through this time. She was so amazing and understanding and I wish I would’ve went in sooner as she said they understand life happens.

1 /5 Dwayne Hodges: If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I called and received a letter about a debt that didnt belong to me. Not only was the person that answered the phone rude but the manager that I asked to speak to was rude. When I asked how to dispute the debt the person still didnt give me a solid answer. This company needs to be shut down and they got the right one. I will be going to the ends of the earth to get this company shut down because they are using illegal practices to collect debt and again this wasnt my debt. Dont worry about calling them because they work together to not show and exhibit professionalism. This company needs to be shut down. Furthermore they are attempting to be a family court and telling me Im responsible for a debt for my child. I understand they are debt collectors but to be rude and send me a collection notice from April 2023 in August 2024. Thats completely ridiculous.
