Be careful because they do not notify you that when you leave them for incompetence they will carry out a threatening audit.

1 /5 Holly Arnold: I sold my house 4 months ago. I had a homeowners policy with this company. I am still waiting to get my refund check. I cant get anyone to respond to me why its taking so long to get my refund. I miss Schroeder Insuance. Steve would NEVER tollerate such poor customer service.
