Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Michael Staley - Belleville Holly Norton: Be VERY Careful when using Mike. He has something to hide. I asked for copies of Edward Jones statements for an account that I am beneficiary of and he refuses to send them, saying I have to contact the Trustee. I asked him to get permission from Trustee to send them to me and he refuses. My concern with Mike is what is he hiding? Last I knew the account had 60K in it. His secretary tells me theres 12K left in the account. Why wont Mike send me the Statements so I can see what was withdrawn from Edward Jones and where it went? Why does he care if I see the statements or not, I have a right to the money my mom left me
