1 /5 L McDermott: If I could, Id give them a zero rating. I went to pick up an Amazon package from this location stating open hours from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. And they are not open. I cannot get my package and I need it. It is 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday. No sign of why they are closed, post SOMETHING! Went back on Sunday 10/27 and closed as well. Left a complaint with Amazon and will never use the locker location pick up ever again!!!! I will let anyone I know aware that they did not provide the service that they indicated and promised to Amazon customers. :-O

Two years later I find out he never merged accounts, he did NOTHING, upon confronting him he said I dont want to hear your sobb stories, I recorded him!! So my sobb story is, I lost my only brother a military veteran he was 28, I lost my only sister at 51 we lost her son my only nephew at 26 and I lost my Dad at 69 over the past 15 years I lost everyone except Mom, Im her full time care taker, she is 80 and almost died after my sister. NOW TELL ME, SOB STORY OR TRAGEDY??????????? Hes arrogant, treats you like a piece of trash stuck under his shoe.
