1 /5 Tony Zommer: Had insurance through this office for 13 years. Never missed a payment. Had to get a new credit card due to fraud and forgot to change my auto pay. They will not notify you before cancelling your plan. I spoke to Vicky today and she told me "the priority is incoming calls and so they dont make calls". Asked my new agent about this and their policy is to get in contact at least twice before cancelling. Find an office that will take the time to look out for you. This isnt one of them.

I usually work with Ben Marshall, who has been nothing short of spectacular. Ben explains options and terms in a way i can easily understand, takes as much time as needed to work through quotes and issues, and is always professional, extremely knowledgable and friendly. I always believe Ben works in my best interest, and his troubleshooting and get er done ability has gotten me and my family through some tough situations. To my surprise, one of his team, Tracey Muller, whom I worked with extensively, was transferred elsewhere. She was the sole reason I stayed with the prior agent to begin with. When I found out she was at the Cravatta Agency, I asked State Farm to switch me over immediately. They did and once again I was working with my favorite insurance office manager of all time. Tracey knows her way around their complex systems and coverage. Shes also one of the most pleasant people Ive ever worked with. I call her for all my personal insurance related needs. Ive also had a couple interactions with Mr. Cravatta and theyve been excellent as well.
