5 /5 Dennis Gaddis: My experience was exceptional from start to finish. Had my gall bladder removed and within 4 hrs I was back at home recovering . I was very impressed with the whole process from the receptionist, nurses, doctors, and any more of their team. They definitely have their stuff together. Great Job to all of the team

5 /5 Polly Lupus Warrior: I went into ER, and ended up admitted for a couple days. EVERYONE (including doctors, CNAs, RNs, lab techs, all testing techs, housekeeping, cafeteria, pharmacy, sorry if I forgot anyone) was pleasant, polite, helpful and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this hospital. Im not normally one to stay at ANY hospital, but Im glad I did, a very pleasant experience, and I feel much better. Thank you all! (Rm 214).

1 /5 KATH E RINE: I was well taken care of by nurse Savannah and NP Samantha and Dr. Fosses. However, I wonder how Janelle, an apathetic, callous, insensitive and heartless person that doesn’t have bedside manners became a nurse! She couldn’t get reports of my last hospitalization from a hospital out of state. When I tried to explained to her that maybe it’s because I used a different last name then and that I’m divorced now and recently, legally switched my last name back to my maiden name. She was so rude and wasn’t trying to hear me out and started walking out of my room.I told her that I wasn’t done talking, she said there is no talking needed because I am not a patient in that hospital. I called the hospital out of state and talked to the house supervisor . She said she talked to Janelle 3x and never once she said that I wasn’t a pt there. She said, she couldn’t see the report from the last hospitalization, it might have not been uploaded yet, couldn’t find anything under my name and birthday and to call on Monday when medical records will be open because they might be able to help better and that she is the house supervisor and doesn’t work with medical records. I was able to get my MRN number from a pic that I took of my id band and with that information, the person I was talking to on the phone was able to find my records. She said that on their end, the spelling of my first name was wrong and my last name was still my married name because they have to based it off of the name on my insurance card.Either way, if Janelle couldn’t get my reports from the other hospital, I have provided the name and number of my PCP, she could’ve called my doctor’s office and asked for my medical records. Janelle is boastful, arrogant, ignorant and the most disgusting nurse I have ever known because of how she treats her pts. I have read reviews of the hospital and I saw bad reviews of the hospital because of her, so she really is the problem. Morris Hospital, it is such a shame that you have Janelle as you ER charge nurse.
