They patiently worked with us listening to our ideas and provided a perfect design. They took their time and did not rush us though we did not have an appointment. When we picked up the beautiful set they created, they treated us like family. Our grandchildren even got to meet their adorable puppy Happy. Kindness is a rare thing these days, but they show it greatly. Well be customers forever.

They are very knowledgeable and had creative ideas that assisted our decision. I cannot recommend enough, plus sometimes their dog is at the store which was always a lovely surprise! Val and Alicja were able to design several pieces that not only looked beautiful, but honored and gave life to the original pieces history. I was even able to reset my grandmothers original anniversary/wedding band. They took the time needed to hear my ideas and provided support throughout the process. Now I have beautiful pieces to wear rather than sitting in storage.

Terry Scott: Newstar Jewelers did an excellent job modifying on my Rhodium plated Sterling silver pendant I that purchased online from another jeweler. Originally the loops on my pendant were too small to fit my necklace. Now it fits beautifully they even put the serial number from the tag onto the back of the pendant! I was originally quoted 10 days. They went above and beyond, all this done in about 5. Actually, I’m sure it was more like 4 days because as soon as they opened on the 5th day, I received a text saying the pendant was completed. Again, excellent job done and I’m extremely pleased with Newstar!

I came here to get a ring fitted and an appraisal of the ring. I forget the gentlemens name that worked on my jewelry, but he is very excellent at what he does and is very nice. He even fixed my tote strap. My mom has also gone to this jewelers back in the day and she was the one that told me about it.
