  • Peoria Athletic Club Martial Arts Academy - Peoria Heights
Robert Lawrence: Peoria Athletic Club is a great place to meet new friends and learn new skills. I started with kickboxing class just over a year ago and had a ton of fun. Now Brazilian Jujitsu has become a regular part of my week. Everyone is friendly and the coaches are experts in their martial arts discipline. There is boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, judo, MMA, wrestling, and kids classes at three locations that you get access to with one monthly membership. Grab a friend and get ready to make some new ones!
    The Yoga Projekt - Peoria
Jodie Vieira: I absolutely love The Yoga Projekt! There is a wide variety of classes but my favorites are the Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga classes in the heated studio on the balcony level. The teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable, and the studio space is beautiful!
Welton Strength & Performance - Peoria
    Parkside Fitness - Pekin
Dan Friel: Nothing but good experiences so far, lots of options with machines between the 2 floors. Maybe it’s the layout with several areas it seems to be less crowded than a planet fitness most of the time and that’s important to me. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the new locker rooms and saunas are very nice. Over all in my opinion worth the price.
Titan Fitness - Pekin - Pekin
Haley J. Metcalf: Staff were all welcome and there to help guild us around. After our workout, we got to sit at their smoothie bar where we got to enjoy a half of smoothie complementary to our sign-up. We love getting our smoothies after a long workout❤️

    AerFire - Washington
Lauren Gutgesell: Paula is a great instructor for kids and adults alike! She had a fun warmup and walks us through the different apparatuses. She had a free tricks and conditioning exercises that she taught, with modifications as needed. Overall a very fun class and Im glad I was able to stop by!
Willow Lane Yoga & Wellness - Peoria
Katie Wyman: I found Amy and Willow Lane about a year ago and I have not looked back. I cant say enough great things about this place and the people in it! Amy has cultivated a studio that is so welcoming and warm. I started out with private sessions to learn the equipment and how to do the movements properly. When I moved on to classes, I found Amys staff to be the best in the business. They truly care about every person that comes in and are just wonderful people!! Coupled with the smaller class sizes, Willow Lane stands out from other gyms. I always leave feeling better, mentally and physically than when I came in (hello MELT!). The variety of classes keeps things new and fun. There truly is something for everyone here! I could keep going...check them out online and browse the app!
360 speed and performance - East Peoria
Nathaniel Foote: We used this facility to train a group of 9u travel baseball players and the staff were great at putting them through age-appropriate workouts that left most kids exhausted by the end.
