They immediately said, no problem, if our jeweler can’t fix it, we will get another one for you and they did just that! They continued to be in communication with me the entire time as to any updates! The sales staff were absolutely amazing! I worked with Vasia mostly who was lovely in every sense of the word! We will be back in the future for any Jewlery needs!

Kelli Storm: I recently went shopping with my sister at Vaughn Garouche and I must say I was beyond impressed. First, it was like stepping into Italy , the fashion Mecca. The clothes/fashion are couture items, very unique with an Italian flare. Secondly, the owners are so friendly, I immediately felt like family. They made our shopping experience very fun and memorable. Thirdly, there are items for everyone for any look. They have casual, dress up, and vacation styles to pick from!! My sister who is from out of town was like I could have a serious shopping addiction if I lived there!! I will definitely be a repeat, loyal customer and highly recommend shopping there for the experience and for the exquisite clothes, accessories, and jewelry.

Ive gotten so many compliments on my Skyler spiked hoops! I need to get them in silver next! And Im loving the Nova earrings as well. The curator of this collection is top notch in my book!

Louis Regas: Do not buy or have any watch repairs done by these two crooks! I bought a gold high end watch from Andy and Paul before Christmas. Brought it back a few days after Christmas for the band to be shortened/sized. They broke the mechanism and would not stand behind paying for it to be fixed. Wouldn’t turn it into there insurance (don’t even know if they carry insurance). Never said they were sorry and strung me on for six weeks saying they would take care of it waiting on parts. Do not do any business with people. Now on I will only shop with the other local jewelers. Lesson learned!!

Kathy: I am so glad I decide to check out Jewelry Service Center. They do beautiful work. I have been trying to find a place to repair a chain that had great sentimental value. It was repaired beautifully. I then had them Rhodium plate our 50 year old wedding bands and my engagement ring. They look like the day we bought them. Then on top of all that I accidentally dropped a 14k gold chain in the store. The lady who took care of me called to tell me she found it! That tells me how honest and kind she is. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. I wish I would have asked her name. I highly recommend JEWELRY SERVICE CENTER! They are family owned. Which for me implies pride in their work.
