My main concerns were the poor advice she gave my father and the lack of attention to our needs as clients. It felt as though our wishes were not respected, and I often felt dismissed. Additionally, I found her communication style to be disrespectful, as she frequently spoke in a condescending tone. This made it challenging to feel comfortable discussing my concerns. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I expected much more from a professional in her position. 1 /5 Brandon Manks: $150 to review an easement agreement that the attorney I spoke with knew absolutely nothing about. I knew more about the easement agreement before I took it to him then I did after being charged $150. If you need a real estate attorney use anybody besides this firm.
