Didnt know and then started asking me all kinds of personal information and was starting bond information gathering without letting me know what they were doing. Wanted to know the cost and they hung up on me! All I can say is she was a C---!

I called several times and left messages regarding my title and when to expect it since Its been over a month since I made the last payment. Shady and unprofessional. 11.3.2018 This edit and 3 star increase is due to an above and beyond gesture made by Veronica at Nauta. My bank didnt disclose that I needed to purchase the next years sticker to receive my registration after the car loan was paid off. Veronica insisted the bank cover these charges and they did. This cost couldve been easily been past on which I wouldve paid but I wouldve been very salty about. Im very happy and much more confident about Nauta to act ethically and provide great customer service.
