1 /5 MANNY BRUSLY FIGUEROA: I insured a 2019 Honda Civic while i had it at the shop 8/29/22 by 9/10/22 was out end up traded in for Honda Accord 2022 they told me my policy was going to be cancel that it wont work on that car and that I need a new policy the quote me more than double of my previous car I never used the old policy neither agree to keep the new quote the give me of the new policy the send emails to sign and cancel I never receive any thing finally I got the email Sign it and that Ill be getting my full refund In a check in the mail. I Just got a letter stating that I been reinstated I call them to explain me whats going the lady who answer the phone after ask her the question she hang up on me. I just need my refund.
