5 /5 Mary Biagini: LOVE No. 36 Fitness! The classes are challenging but not overwhelming, efficient but not too short, and overall super effective. The classes change on a 2 week cycle so you have time to improve but it never gets boring. There’s always another way to challenge yourself! Since joining in January I’ve significantly increased my endurance and muscle mass, and have become more lean. The trainers are fantastic - super friendly and knowledgeable, pushing you when you need it but never in your face or intimidating. They offer easy modifications to every exercise for all fitness levels and are there for clarification and extra support anytime you need them. The gym is very clean, organized and well-managed. I love the 3-D body scan for tracking my progress, and they have nutrition counseling available too.
