1 /5 Nina Jarmoc: Worst customer service ever. The older woman that works there is very rude and pretentious. She treated us as if we were a bother and that she did not want to help us. Also, if you plan on selling gold here I would get a second opinion. We were told that some of our pieces were not gold or just sterling silver. Since we were doubtful we ended up going to another jeweler not too far from here. NIGHT AND DAY EXPERIENCE...we were greeted warmly and the gentleman treated us like customers. Also, all of our pieces were gold except for one. AND Norridge Jewelers wanted to give us less than half of what this jeweler gave us. So either theyre dishonest or theyre incompetent. In my opinion to give someone the wrong information about their jewelry is irresponsible and it takes away from your credibility. I will never step foot in this place again and if anyone asks I will share my experience with them. (Oh and by the way Norridge Jewelers the snake bracelet that you INSISTED was not gold was 40 grams gold 21Kt)

So I go in person to pick up my ring to take it elsewhere and they said they have the ring somewhere else and can not bring it . Excuse me you are with holding my engagement ring ! I told them I will call the cops if they do not return my ring . The lady wanted to argue with me . Horrible customer service . Never was told they would take my ring elsewhere , like why? It is just a resize adjustment.

He created a custom engagement ring for my wife, and what he was able to accomplish with the loose diamonds I provided was truly spectacular. From the start, I put my trust in Brian to make the right design decisions and choose the right amount of materials to bring my vision to life. The final result exceeded all my expectations. My wife constantly gets comments about the rings unique design and style. Brian even added some personal touches that enhanced the clarity of the diamonds, making them truly "pop." The price was completely reasonable and on par with what youd find at a large jewelry store, but the difference is that my wife got exactly the ring she wanted. Even after 2.5 years of daily wear, the craftsmanship holds up beautifully, and the compliments keep coming. Nicolas Waldron: Staff: this is the first time I had been here. The lady behind the counter was super nice, and knowledgeable. Very kid friendly. They even have a sitting area for the people drug their by their significant others. Building: the building is spacious. Plenty of area to move around. Bathrooms were clean. Products: products were good quality. A little more pricey than other local places. This shouldn’t discourage you though. This place is fun and should be visited by anyone into Chrystal’s, gems, healing, herbs, and other spiritual life style items. Parking: parking is kind of tight, but there are enough to go around. Star rating: 5 because of the quality of the items for sale, and the friendly staff. They need had fruit snacks for the kid. I have no problem coming back here every chance I get.
