CrossFit saved my health, I scale when I have to and am happy programming allows for that. On the homestead members have become friends and support inside and outside the gym. The programming and coaching is top notch. Very well equipped CrossFit gym. Keeps me committed and consistent in my health journey and the support and camaraderie that comes with it unmatched.
