1 /5 Jason Mccann: First of all I applied online was told I was approved for financing updated all my payroll information drivers license information Social Security information everything they asked for I provided then I got a message from a girl named Ashley from the Peoria. Office said I was approved as well and to set up a phone call interview Never heard back from her so I called them went over all the same information that I had already went over and she didn’t even as much just call me back after I was told I was approved twice. Come to find out. I was not approved very very horrible customer service.

1 /5 the pitbull family: They are too lazy to puck up a phone and at least let someone know if they are approved or not. Poor customer service skills they wont be around much longer!

5 /5 Lucy ONeill: Ashley was great! My only issue is that my $ was deposited on 11/3, and I already had a payment post on 11/6. I thought that was odd. From my understanding it was supposed to be December 3.

5 /5 W. Michelle (Michelle): Im starting out with a pre-qualified offer in the mail, which said I was approved for up to $12k after filling out the application. Someone sent out a pre-text with a link to schedule a phone consultation on Monday because theyre closed on the weekends. I will update this review after my experience. ☺️

1 /5 Samuel Armbrust: Absolutely horrible. I have paid over 10k for a 7k loan…and they claim I’ve paid -3%. Terrible services and spent over 3mo just trying to get it on some form of automatic payment before they force you to refi in someway. They also reported that I “missed a payment” when in reality it was through their own faults, causing credit score strain. I would not recommend them to anyone. This company is stealing your money through loopholes and inflated predatory APRs and loan tactics; they have been reported to the CFBP.
