I’m very busy with a tight schedule, I can’t call at random times of the day. Don’t put your calling availability as 4:40pm if you can’t do 4:40pm. My credit score took a hit for no reason because of your BS.

1 /5 Amber Morton: They will not return my phone calls about getting my payment information. They are rude and hateful and will not answer my questions when I am able to call them during business hours (I work night shift). Horrible customer service. I do not recommend.
