1 /5 Joshua Helm: How the hell is this place still a business, both times Ive come here, Ive left unhelped and more irritated than before I came. The lady in the front with the dark hair is extremely rude and doesnt know how to speak to people. Will not recommend anyone.

1 /5 Baby Kiri: lady at the desk screamed at my mom saying that she needed to use some specific pen for the check. my mom has been there multiple times before with no problems but this lady ruined her day. dont recommend and from the reviews this person should be fired

5 /5 31Coupe: I bought a travel trailer and the state sent me a title with the incorrect model year on it. Getting it corrected through the state was impossible on my own. The Ottawa Main Street Currency Exchange has been a God send at resolving the issue. Wonderful People!

1 /5 Tiffany Taylor /VanGorder: Wouldnt cash my check even though the address is the same as whats on my drivers license. First lady told me I couldnt cause the address didnt match I got it fixed and now yesterday another lady says she couldnt except my out of state license and that it had to be local even though the company who wrote me the check is a local business. This place is a joke

3 /5 Elizabeth Farrell: Ive been cashing my checks through this currency exchange for over 2 years today, every month. Today I came in to cash one and the lady told me she couldnt because I already signed it? Ive never heard of that before. The same lady that has been cashing my checks and reading my signature for 2 years now lol. I took my check elsewhere, wont be returning there again. Ive literally never had a problem here, I always liked this place but I dont like how the lady made me feel like I was doing something wrong.
