1 /5 Koltyn Irvin: The hours listed online says 6pm. I drive 20 miles to the bank. Arrive at 5.01 for the doors to be locked and the door saying they close at 5pm

1 /5 Autumn Travelstead: Do not use this bank’s ATM. If it tells you it can’t complete the transaction and doesn’t give you your money they will not do anything to help you! Now my mother and I will be late on bills because they refuse to review the cameras themselves to see they wrongfully took money from someone!

1 /5 Nick: Never had a bank hold an in-person cash deposit before. The website showed nothing about it pending until hours after I had already transferred it to another bank to make a credit card payment. Now Ill probably end up with multiple fees from multiple banks. They ask you where your money came from casually, even though its none of their business. The only reason they need to know is if your deposit is over 10k, then its reported to the IRS. Non-existent interest, they wont loan you money even if its in your account, etc. Ive had the WF location order me checks without asking and try to charge my account when they didnt even put the right address on them. Only going here because the WF location shut down. Ill be transferring everything to another local bank ASAP.
