2 /5 Michelle Neeley: After jumping through hoops and giving VERY personal information, I find it very frustrating to be told my case will be taken and sent to the McHenry office. Just to be told, sorry, we do not have enough staff to help you. Thanks for the false hope. I have less than a week now to find assistance. If you cant take every case, you shouldnt lead a person on by proceeding to the next level just to be turned down.
