    Josh: I can back up everything the last reviewer said about Todd. His goal was never to find the quick, obvious resolution. His goal is to drag out the proceedings for financial gain. The fact that children are involved and are being harmed has no impact on him. The fact that hell say hes going to do one thing leading up to a hearing, then completely reverse course in front of the judge, should be enough to consider him impossible to work with. Unlike the last review, I did not threaten Todd with this negative review before posting. I just posted this based on his typical performance, and I will bet my good health that hell never know or care about these reviews

    Shane: Mike Fenger is an exceptional attorney! He was prepared, invested, and quick on his feet in the courtroom. He was very helpful at guiding me while tensions were high and was able to help me understand what to expect as the case progressed. Overall, I went from hardly any time (thanks to Virginia coomonwealth) with my kids, to a 50/50 joint situation, and Im thrilled! I will definitely be using Mike in the future should I need representation again, and I would highly recommend him to any good father fighting for time with his children.

    Sam McCaw: Beware of this Firm especially attorney Robert Porter. He was selected as a GAL in my custody case and could not have been more incompetent. Mr Porter ignored evidence and testimony from several parties showing extreme alcohol abuse and an inability to hold a job. Within a week of awarding majority custody to my ex wife she showed up at my house heavily intoxicated wielding a butcher knife and was charged with a felony. She then attempted suicide with our minor child in her home. At the court hearing Mr Porter told the judge “I don’t know how we missed this” a funny statement considering he had plenty of video evidence and testimony about her mental state. After all of that I was able to become custodial parent without using any of Mr Porters services but he still took me back to court trying to collect fees for sitting in the back of the court room observing our hearings. Beware of this firm. Mr Porter is not out to help anyone or seek what is best for children. He only operates to rack up hours and fatten his invoice. If the court suggests Mr Porter as a GAL do yourself and your family a favor and plead for another attorney.
