Rusty Rose: They send me a generic letter saying I owe money and I haven’t had a policy with them in years. I call and after a 20 minute wait they say it’s an amount due from 2022. This august’24. I pay my bills on time as a general rule and I never received any letters or emails from that time indicating I owed anything. I ask if they can write it off because it’s been so long and I never received any correspondence. They say there’s NO WAY they are going to write it off. I say well I will never sign up for their services ever again. And I advise anyone else to NEVER sign up for them either. What kind of business is allowed to make up amounts due like this? I’m lucky it was only $30.
