Brian Grebe: I had my truck in the driveway, when another truck was pulling a trailer and it came unattached. The trailer rolled up on to my driveway hitting my truck. Called Hartford to find out what I needed to do. They told me it was my responsibility to take care of everything and if I want them to help me I need to up my Insurance plan. I needed a car rental and Hartford wouldnt even help me, it was the other guy Insurance that helped me and found me a place where I can get a car. They claim they save you 200.00 to 300.00 on Insurance but that is a lie, because after I got my truck back I found a different car insurance and I pay way less with them and get more in my insurance plan.
