Combines weight lifting (deadlifts, squats, clean, jerk & snatch lifts), gymnastics (pull ups, muscles ups, handstands, etc.), cardio (bike, row, run) & plyometric exercises (box jumps, push ups, sit ups, etc). The coaches are mostly CrossFit L2 & L1 certified. The equipment is in excellent shape. The facility is very clean. Classes are for everyone and anyone. M-TF5:15am, 6:15, 7:30, 8:30, 3:30, 4:30 & 5:30pm*. Sat- 7:00, 8:00, 9:00am. Sun - 9:00am. $25 drop in.
