I asked for multiple things he said were not possible but within 2 weeks of finding a new attorney all the things “not possible” were done. Phillip Rice couldn’t even have the decency to be at the office when I stopped for all my files. If you children matter like my son does to me, stay clear from this attorney. Lawyers like this should lose their license.
