Most recently she handled a 4 year problem Ive had with another insurance company ( we had them before I switched to you) come to find out the other company had been taking out electronically yearly payments from my moms bank account even though myself And Amber told them to Cancel our policy! Needless to say my mom will be getting quite a large check from the other company! Amber didnt have to bother helping me as it was My problem but she didnt hesitate to step in! Thanks so much Amber !!

He has also provided great customer service responding to emails in a timely fashion and has always been available by phone to answer any question that has popped up over time.
