1 /5 Dephannie Joung: I attempted to obtain this law office to handle an eviction case on June 6th - the original individual who was assisting me couldn’t not follow up due to family emergencies - the secretary and the billing specialist are rude; they like to scream on the phone, hang up during calls, gives you no room to talk and then they ignore the calls going into the office - I requested the call is escalated to a manager and the billing specialist then identifies herself as a manager. The excuse they kept giving is that the original person that was working my case was out of office and then proceeded to tell her personal business of why - when I asked them for their last names they said “we don’t give out our last names”. It’s June 20th and nothing has been filed - according to the secretary they do not follow up and do not call their clients to provide updates.
